Welcome
Lewes Children's Book Group is a member of The Federation of Children's Book Groups and our aim is to promote the enjoyment of and interest in children's books. We organise book events with visiting authors and illustrators or storytimes; regular book swops and give children the chance to vote on the annual Red House Children's Book Award.
We welcome new members and when you join you will receive a membership card that entitles you to 15% discount at Bags of Books children's bookshop in Lewes and 10% discount off all books at Much Ado Books in Alfriston. We send out a newsletter with local and national book news and events and Carousel, a national magazine about children's books which is published three times a year.
